Thank you for purchasing your Clay UK Pre-Paid Sim card. Our Sim will reduce your mobile roaming charges significantly whilst overseas.

YOUR MOBILE PHONE MUST BE UNLOCKED TO FUNCTION WITH YOUR CLAY SIM CARD

Note your phone number, PIN and PIN unlock code (PUK) for future reference. Your PIN is provided on the plastic holder of your SIM card.

Make sure you set your handset “Band” or “Frequency” selection to “Auto” or that you select the correct frequency for the region you are visiting.






1. Getting Started

Your Clay UK Pre-Paid SIM card connects you to "Everything Everywhere" Mobile network in United Kingdom.

  • Break the SIM card from its plastic transit card.
  • Insert SIM into your "unlocked" and compatible mobile phone
  • Switch on your phone.
  • Enter your PIN*.
  • Make your calls.


2. Network

Your Clay UK Pre-Paid SIM Card connects you to the "Everything Everywhere" network in UK which covers T-Mobile and Orange, giving you 99% coverage across United Kingdom.


3. Making calls:

4. Handset Compatibility:

Your handset should not be network locked and card will work with any Dual Band handset (800/1900/2100/3G)


5. Using Voice Mail

Your Voicemail access short code is 222. To access or set up voicemail, please dial 222 from your mobile.

Setting Voicemail PIN
To secure your voicemail, a PIN needs to be set up.

  • Call your Voicemail by using the menu option o the phone.
  • Select option 2 - change mailbox features.
  • Select option 1 - change your PIN.
  • Enter PIN of choice and then press # to save.
Activate PIN prompt while in voicemail menu.
  • From the "change mailbox features" menu, select option 9.
  • If PIN prompt is OFF, press 2 to switch it on.
Record your Greeting
  • Call voicemail by using the menu option on the phone.
  • Listen to the announcement and select option 2 (record a personal greeting).
  • Record your message.
Setting your call diverts
  • This can be done through the menu on your phone.
Message notification
  • An indicator will appear for a message alert.
  • To access voicemail, call Voicemail using the menu option on the phone.
  • Enter PIN when prompted.
Accessing your voicemail from another phone or from outside UK To access you voicemail from another phone – make sure a PIN has been activated first.
  • Dial your mobile number.
  • Press the * key to interrupt your greeting.
  • At the prompt, enter your PIN.


6. Checking card balance

Within UK: please dial 150 from your phone. The voice guided menu will confirm your current balance and validity.

Outside UK: Please dial +44 7953968100 from your phone for checking your account balance.


7. Recharge

The Clay UK Prepaid SIM card can be recharged using T-Mobile recharge vouchers, available at all departmental stores across United Kingdom including retail outlets like Epay, Payzone or Paypoint. T-Mobile offers flexible recharge options ranging as given below:
GBP 500, 1000 & 2000. *Service Tax extra

8. Validity

Your SIM card is valid for 150 days after activation. This duration is reset every time you recharge your SIM card. In case you have not recharged your SIM card for 150 days, it will lie in a grace period of another 30 days, before being recycled.

10. Conference Calling-already mentioned in website

You may turn any call into a conference call. Once you have the first person on the line, simply dial another number. Within a few moments, that person will be added to your conference call. Repeat this sequence to add additional parties to the conference. You can add a maximum of 5 people in call conferencing
